In our company simulations we give avalid answer to this question.  We create realistic scenarios of competing companies. Depending on your needs and wishes the level of realization ranges from software-based focussing of economic decisive processes to a realistic reproduction of company processes with the help of role players and  participants.  Within role plays the participants fill different management positions. In the following simulations they are asked to master typical company dynamics.

The advantage is that participants have the chance to not only hear about theoretical leadership situations but also have the possibility for practical realization. So diverse exercises and situations have a common context leading to an additional alienation and playful opening in this simulation. Participants experience themselves in management positions and receive immediate feedback during the simulation.
