Our Company's Milestones and Vision



The Beginning

The Wildenmann Group was founded in 1986 and principally dealt with the execution of leadership trainings and design of new contents for them in the first years. A long time before topics such as the interdependency of leadership and personality or the coaching on successful leadership gained prominence we had explored these intensively and integrated them into our development programs.

Today Wildenmann Group, based in Ettlingen near Karlsruhe, Germany, is a consultancy specialized on human resources and organizational development. Our focus still is on leadership development within open training courses, company-specifc, holistic programs and business coachings.
We broadend our portfolio with performance development in organizations and companies. We support our national and international clients in the DACH region with programs that develop the company's vision, strategy and culture or that increase employee commitment.


Thanks to the intensive cooperation with the international consultancy Dr. Rolf Th. Stiefel & Partner AG (St. Gallen, Switzerland) the company received decisive impulse in order to push innovation in the human resources development. In a joint program topics for human resources development have been put into practice for many years.

That was when we started an intensive cooperation with  American consultancies.

Many years we cooperated with Lominger. As marketing partner for the German speaking countries we put certification coursesfor many trainers and consultants into practice. We also established these innovative tools in our own consulting projects. These tools indeed lead to a great extension of our repertoire and of our performance spectrum. To date they still represent a decisive step of development.

“Turn Soft Skills Into Hard Facts!“

Our Vision

The combination of the so-called soft skills such as leadership, culture or human behavior combined with the company's economical situation have more and more become a vision with an enormous potential.

In research projects we started to put data about a person's behavior in relation with economical data and so we were able to prove distinct correlations and influences. In various projects our own research unit proved correlations between leadership and salespersons' behavior with double-digit increase of sales. As result from analyzing uncountable research data with our various tools it proved that our research was not by chance but causal.

Within the last years we put individual and organizational behavior as well as organizational culture and performance capability into valid, company-wide connection in several major projects.


Parallel to this development we started with a further innovation at the end of the 90s: we alienated the context of leadership situation. Get out of class room and into reality: outdoor in civilization. We gave managers a totally alienated scope in which they could experience their talents without any restrictions of their function.

Until today we have worked with the insights of the alienated learning experience. The development of the personality does not generally happen in the classroom but in the one's own scope of experience. Due to intensifying personal experience and strengthening of courage and confidence in own skills participants can realize distinct development of their personality.

To date we have fulfilled more than 30 such projects with various goals.
Parallel to these developments we were able to prove the explicit effect of leadership on economical performance by analyzing thousands of 360° feedback reports and personality inventories.
