Leadership

We see leadership as decisive approach for developing organizations in their performance. Therefore we theoretically and practically work on "sharpening" leadership behavior. We look for the connection. What leadership behavior is closely linked to economical success? How can this behavior be formed to essentially increase success?


Tipping-Point

Another parameter of our consulting approach is the tipping point theory: any complex problem has got one causative amplitude. This amplitude needs to be found and eliminated if the problem is to be sustainably solved. In practice this means: the solution of a complex problem will cause enormous efforts if it is looked at with an unlinked approach. So many companies overcharge themselves and their managers. The close analysis of linking and the thereby connected localization of the tipping point significantly reduces the effort and enables the problem's solution instead of dealing with the symptoms only. Reduce it to the max!


Motivation

The third characteristic of our approach is: we concentrate on the design of a motivating leadership context. Motivating is better than putting pressure on employees. Thereby we especially respect the human basic needs such as appreciation, attention, involvement, orientation and gratification. So we create conditions enabling people to give everything and have the greatest possible amount of satisfaction in their work.
