The Latest Program of the Company's History

We can offer the latest program in our company's history. In the last years we were able to process very successful projects in our training and consulting unit and could fulfill an enormous innovation potential. There are clear correlations between human behavior and economical performance. We immediately implement these insights in our development and consulting projects.


New Topics in our Training Unit

In our consulting unit we prepared many new contents with regard to today's trends. In our "cooking book" for leadership we give a kind of recipes for the behavior that is constructive in a special situation.

The new designs for "decisions under uncertainty" or "increasing charisma and effect decisevly" help answering the future leadership questions well.

Furthermore we improved the features of our leadership development programs.


Expansion of Leadership Simulation

We also extended our leadership simulations. These simulations are developed in order to give employees without leadership responsibility the opportunity to get an authentic leadership experience. In a one- to tree-days leadership adventure the participants experience everything about leadership they should in order to decide if this is the right way for their future or to pepare themselves for a challenging leadership position.

Please note: It is not a computer management game having the participants make difficult decisions by pressing a button. In our leadership adventure the participants create the reality indepently they then learn to deal with.


Consulting: IQ-System

Through further continuative and deepening on-site analyses of the situation with our IQ-system (Improvement in Quality) we were able to achieve more transparency and clarity in order to detect the decisive starting points for success.
